TYKY Clinic is a workplace capability service concept designed for companies, offering employees fast, expert, and cost-effective consultation, guidance, and treatment. The service focuses on supporting employees’ health and their physical, psychological, and cognitive work ability through preventive, maintenance, and rehabilitative measures. The goal of the operation is to reduce work ability–related absences and improve productivity by providing companies with effective solutions to promote employees’ work capacity.

Implementation is carried out by a multidisciplinary team of work ability specialists, serving employees through professionals such as a work ability specialist, nurse, occupational health nurse, physician, physiotherapist, psychologist, and hypnotherapist.
